Accommodation and Reservations
UMA Santa Catarina is the result of the careful rehabilitation of an early 20th-century building, preserving its original architectural identity.
The property combines historic charm with contemporary comfort and features a private garden arranged over several levels, providing greater privacy, as well as a swimming pool, a gym, and an elevator. A unique space in the centre of Porto, designed for guests who value tranquillity, comfort, and a distinctive experience in an elegant and welcoming environment.
The property offers studio (T0), one-bedroom (T1), and two-bedroom (T2) apartments, some of which feature a terrace or balcony, providing different options in terms of space and comfort for each type of stay.

Check-in is from 3:30 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am.
If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that this service may be subject to an additional charge.

Yes. The property offers parking located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The parking facility is not integrated into the property and is available at an additional cost, providing a practical solution for guests travelling by car.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, periodic housekeeping, and on-site or remote guest support.
UMA Santa Catarina offers breakfast delivery directly to the door of your apartment. For an additional charge, a welcome box can also be prepared and delivered on the day of arrival.
Transport and Accessibility
You can reach our property by taxi or by car from the nearest airports and train stations, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (16 km) and local train stations such as São Bento (3 km). We also offer airport transfer services, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Yes. The central location allows easy access on foot to all areas of the city (Baixa, Bolhão, Ribeira, Aliados…). In addition, a metro station is just a 5-minute walk away if you wish to travel to other parts of the city.
Policies and Special Requests
You may indicate special requests at the time of booking in the comments field, or contact us directly by email or phone after your reservation has been confirmed.
Yes. Upon prior request and subject to availability, we can provide baby cots and other children’s equipment. Some options may incur an additional charge.
Yes. Additional housekeeping services may be requested during your stay, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Housekeeping included in the rate is provided every other day.
Yes. We will be delighted to assist in arranging special requests for celebratory occasions. We recommend contacting our team directly so that we can assess the available options.
Currently, pets are not allowed. This policy has been defined to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests.
If you are travelling with a duly certified assistance animal, we recommend that you contact us prior to arrival so that we can assess the situation in accordance with applicable legislation.
